If your order is displayed as out of delivery area, it may be because you have not met the following two minimum order requirements.
1, Our minimum purchase requirement of $75.
2, Our minimum order quantity of 6.
We are very sorry, but at the moment we can only deliver to cities around Toronto.
We recognize that expanding our delivery area is very important to us. It takes a little time to deliver to new area customers while maintaining quality. We are also aiming to expand the delivery area as soon as possible, so we appreciate your understanding.
Delivery days are usually every Wednesday and Friday. Also, the cut-off time is until 12:00 noon on Sundays for Wednesday delivery and Wednesday for Friday delivery date, so the shortest is the 2 days, and the longest is 7 days. However, the delivery schedule may change due to public holidays or the schedule of the delivery company.
The delivery fee is determined by the number of cardboard boxes. Orders up to 14 pieces are treated as one box, and the delivery fee will increase if more than that. 14 Items are calculated as one cardboard box.
No worries. We can change it, so please contact us first. If you contact the delivery company directly and change it yourself, the delivery may fail. we cannot accept any change of the delivery address after 9:00 am the day before delivery.

With the View your order button, you can check the order details and the tracking URL on the day of delivery (the URL will appear on the day of delivery), so you can check the real-time delivery status from there.
If the frozen ramen has already melted when the customer opens the box immediately after delivery, we will usually process a refund or redelivery.

Unfortunately, we do not.
We do not ship to PO boxes. If you request delivery by PO box or business address, it may not be delivered.

Products

Frozen Ramen is a product that can be eaten just by heat it up. No need to add water. Take it out of the bag, heating it up in a saucepan, and when the ice on the bottom is gone, it's ready to eat.

How to cook Frozen Ramen
I'm sorry, but we are unable to accept custom orders for the thickness of the noodles or the contents of the frozen ramen. This policy helps us increase our production quantities, allowing us to deliver frozen ramen to as many customers as possible. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you!
No need to add water. The bottom layer of the frozen ramen kit is the frozen soup made at the ramen shop. Just warm it up and enjoy it deliciously.
We are very sorry, but we do not have halal ramen so far. We have vegan miso ramen, so I would appreciate it if you could try it.
